She was predeceased by: her mother Rose Williams; and her brother Bob. She is survived by: her children, Sharon Fadden and Michael (Boni); her grandchildren, Lisa Lynch, Eric Ahlstrom (Angie), Jeff Fadden (Ann), Sorina Koehler (Guido), Patrick Fadden (Lynette) and Vincent Fadden (Chelsea); and her husband Bud. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
Phyllis faithfully and selflessly took care of Bud in their home for 9 years while he battled Alzheimer's.
