She was predeceased by: her father Franklin J. Kalina; and her father-in-law Larry Bermel. She is survived by: her children, Brianna Zachman (Jared) and Conner Bermel (Tyra); her grandchildren, Hunter and Destry; her mother Patrichia Kalina; her sisters, Kimberly Norgren (Rory), Jodi Zahler (Greg), Janel Gentile (Curt) and Debbie Kalina-Garaghty (Patrick); her boyfriend Theodore Zachman; and her former husband Chad Bermel. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
