He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Gene and Ethel Mae Hansen (Olson); and his brother Terry. He is survived by: his wife Kristin; his children, Mandi and Dylan (Hope); and his sisters, Pam Giebel (Randy), Carole Brill (Paul) and Sheila Hansen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Wounded Warrior Project, Michael's favorite cause.
