He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Kersch and Gertrude Helen Kersch (George); his wife Mary Kersch; his brothers, Anthony, Mark and Nicholas; and his son-in-law Tim Larson.
He is survived by: his pets, Teddy and Pepper; his children, Mike Kersch (Roni) and Deb Larson; his grandchildren, Will Kersch, Tate Kersch, Caleb Larson (Kayla Hill) and Isaiah Larson; and his sister Mary Lou. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and friends.
