With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lester Leander Kasper of Albertville, Minnesota, who passed away on December 16, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albin Kasper and Saloma Kasper (Kolles); his in-law Wallace Beltrand (Katie); his siblings, Annella Langer (Wilfred), Cyril, William "Billy" Kasper (Ramona), Glen Taylor, Dennis and Whitey; and his siblings-in-law, Ronnie Duerr, Larry Schulte, Marlene Kasper, Joanne Johnson, Adrian Beltrand (Audrey), Jim Beltrand (Jan) and Jerry Beltrand.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Kasper; his children, Michelle Bruner (Peter), Melissa Johnson (Steve) and Scott Kasper (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Julie Moore (Alex), Valerie Iyer (Rahul), Charles Johnson (Jennifer), Desiree Johnson, Michael Kasper (Grace) and Adam Kasper (Faith Petrillo); his great grandchild Lincoln; his siblings, Ardell Taylor, Margaret Duerr, Rosanna Schulte and LeRoy Kasper; and his siblings-in-law, Cathy Chouinard (Vern), Donna Beltrand and Floyd Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, godchildren, and many relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Church of St. Michael (11300 Frankfort Pkwy NE, St Michael, MN 55376). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
