He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Evelyn, Dale Smith and Ella; and his great-aunt Barb Thompson. He is survived by: his parents, Chad Neitzel and Elizabeth Neitzel (Economy); his close friend Alicia; his siblings, Kaeden, Brynlee and Rylan; his girlfriend Alicia Richert; his daughter Brooklyn; his grandparents, Julie, Todd Neitzel (Tricia Neumann) and Doreen Neitzel; his great-grandparents, Willis Neitzel and Bonnie Waltz; his aunt Alexandra Hennekens (Bryan); and his pet Kaiser. He is also survived by many great aunts and uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are preferred to Zachary's family.
