He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Neff and Phoebe Neff; his wife Goldean; and his siblings, Lodeane Brouillette (Alfred), Dorothy Hines (LaVern), Bernice Nowman, Joseph Nowman (Lillian) and Sam Nowman (Vera).
He is survived by: his children, Paula Bennett (Mike), James Neff (Peggy) and John Neff (Laurie); his grandchildren, Amy Vogt (Brian), Tim Bennett (Jenny), Doug Neff, David Neff, Jen Halversen (Josh), Kellan Bowman (Sarah), Steven Neff (Jacki Phillips), Corey Bowman (Rachel), Craig Neff and Kamel Bowman (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Megan, Marissa, Taylor, Mariah, Izzy, Sam, Ethan, Aidan, Ella, Kellan Jr., Marcus, Noah, Rebecca, Faith, Hailey, Camron, Aleiah, Devin and Harley; and his great great grandchild Ethan Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Legion Post #56 Honor Guard.
