He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Jessen; his sister Arlene Murray; his sisters-in-law, Judy Vomhof and Pat Vomhof; his niece Ann Colstrup (Tim); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sὃren and Erik; and his close friends, Sandy and Chuck Stephens. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
