He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Schiltz and Margaret Schiltz (McGuire); and his brothers, Robert, John and Donald Schiltz.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey Schiltz; his sons, Kirk (Lyndy), Kevin (Susan), Mike and Tom (Tricia); and his siblings, Mary Schmitt (Donald Schmitt), Cecelia Plathe (Dick Plathe) and Leon Schiltz. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Catholic Charities of Southern Minnesota in memory of Walter.
