It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velma Glennis Gail Bonnerup (Albert Lea, Minnesota), who passed away on February 7, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest and Vista (Clayton); her husband Donald Bonnerup; her daughter Marilyn Kay; her granddaughter Kristi Vogelsang; her son-in-law Steven Vogelsang; and her siblings, Lloyd Haskin, Kenneth Haskin, Harold Haskin (Jean), Dorothy Todalen (Harvey), Eleanor Lickteig (Fred), Arlis Snyder (Ronald) and Beverly Starry.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Anderson (Steve) of Glendale, AZ, Kathy Vogelsang of Owatonna, MN, Sandy Sorenson (Tom) of Fargo, ND and Paul Bonnerup (Mary) of Stewartville, MN; her grandchildren, Michelle Anderson, Stephanie Anderson (Jamie), Cory Anderson, Jason Vogelsang (Jen), Stacy Tanner (Robert), Derik Sorenson, Tyler Sorenson (Chelsea), Shawn Campagna (Selena), Amy Buckmeier (Jon) and Matt Bonnerup (Jana); her brothers, Earnest Haskin (Cecil) and James Haskin (Jean); and her sister-in-law Sharron Haskin. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
