He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Clark and Caroline Clark (Matheny); and his siblings, Freddy Clark, Sharon Raben and Phyllis Charlton.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Martain, Terri Jo Anderson (Wes) and Duane Clark. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
