She is survived by: her boyfriend Andrew Baker of Albert; her mother Karen Church of Austin, MN; her brother Chris Church; her sister-in-law Jamie White of Wells, MN; her nieces and nephews, Alexandria and Jaxon Church of Wells, MN.; and her grandmothers, Glenda Roman of Mexico and Audrey Eastman of Wells, MN. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
