She is survived by: her husband Lyle Bowen; her daughters, Kara Wayne (Charles) of Minneapolis and Shelly Alstead (Pamela) of Austin; her grandchildren, Alec Wayne (Sarah), Haley Wayne and Jacob Schlichter (Tiffany Mehus); her great grandchild Harper Wayne; her brother Jerome Jakobson; and her friend Sue Hahlen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, countless friends.
