He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Woodside and Evelyn Woodside (Anderson). He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Prosser; his wife Kathy Choronzy; his children, Patrice Hanson (Kent), Tom Woodside (Christina), Jeff Woodside (Angie) and Jon Woodside (Kathleen); his stepchildren, Cory Choronzy (Jolene) and Cliff Choronzy (Kristin); his grandchildren, Megan Hanson, Kendra Henningsen (Brad), Krysta Hanson, Zachary, Taylor Woodside, Matthew, Benjamin, Allison Neyers, Jill Woodside, Casey Woodside (Abby), Tyler and Kayla Woodside; his former wife Patricia Lorenz; and his brother Jack Woodside (Orlene). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many friends.
