He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Godtland and Grace Godtland (Clemmetson); his daughter Michele Lester (Jeff); his siblings, Georgia Johnson (Arnold), Glenn (Eleanor), Arlene Godtland, Arvin (Dorothy), Ellsworth (Jeanette), Arthur Jr. (Olive), Ruth Whiteis (Dale), Raymond, Lois Undahl (DeVerne) and Richard; and his sister-in-law Jean.
He is survived by: his former spouse DeeAnn Anderson; his wife Karen Kaufman; his sons, Mark (Pam), Randy (Kimberly), Adam and Evan; his grandchildren, Zachary, Rachael, Anna and Thomas; his great grandchildren, Alexis, Gavin and Ayden; his brother LuVerne; and his siblings-in-law, Sandra, Allen, Loren and Lee Kaufman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
