Rodger F. Christenson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rodger F. Christenson of Albert Lea, Minnesota, who passed away on January 12, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Foster Christenson and Margaret Christenson (Webber); and his brothers, Duane, Jerry, Keith, Robert and Danny.
He is survived by: his wife Karen VanRiper; his sons, Rodger J Randy (Jade) and Roni; his grandchildren, Garrett (Ashley), Michael (Sabrina), Ashley, Ahna (Nick), Kate, Grace and Josh Sami (Sam); his great grandchild Willow; his brother-in-law Butch VanRiper; his sisters, Nancy Boran (Ted) and Cheryl Renchin; his daughters-in-law, Karri, Ann and Suzie; his son Jim King (Marcina); his sister Chris Dahl (Robert); and his parents-in-law, Jim and Dee VanRiper.
Social Distancing and masks are required while in the church.
He continued his work at the church until his Alzheimer's took him away.
