He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. H. E. Johnson and Edyth Johnson (Sullivan); and his sisters, Virginia and Betty. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Johnson; his children, Christine Carlsen (Steven) and Gary Johnson (Cathy); his grandsons, Peter Carlsen (Katie), Paul Carlsen (Sara), Brian Johnson and Brad Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Lance, Emma and Ben. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
