He is survived by: his wife Candice Gold; his children, Jennifer Field (Steve), Michelle Battle (Eric), Justin Johnson (Aracely) and Amanda Olson (Jon); his grandchildren, Morgan Benz (Dillon), Chelsey O'Brien (Jack), Andrew Field, Ethan Battle, Cierra Millhouse (Mitch), Esteban Johnson, Esperanza Johnson, Thorin, Viggo, Solvei, Roric and Rainor Olson; his great grandchildren, Beckett Benz, Archer and Indy Millhouse; his brothers, Bill Herman (Joan) and Mike Herman (Ann); and his siblings-in-law, Trudy Adams (Scott), John Gold (JoAnne), Jim Gold (Karen) and Joe Gold (Shelly).
