He is survived by: his parents, Paul Kogel and Jean Kogel; his wife Joyce; his children, Ryan Kogel (Gena), Randy Kogel of Albert Lea, Stephanie Tafoya of Dana Point, CA and Denise Gilbert (Mike) of Ladera Ranch, CA; his siblings, Robert Kogel (Laura), Jane Kogel, Kathy Christensen of Sioux Falls, SD and Debbie Stoltmann of Portland, OR.; his grandchildren, Sabra Kogel, Ashton Kogel, Nicole Barrett (Keith), Amanda Caldwell (Spencer), Blake Tafoya (Danielle), Spencer Gilbert and Madison Gilbert; and his brother Paul.
