He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn Thompson (Attig); and his brother-in-law Jeffrey White. He is survived by: his stepfather Dean Thompson; his siblings, Lisa White and Michael Thompson; and his nieces and nephews, Avery, Jaxon White and Sydney Thompson.
