He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Schultz and Lois Schultz (May). He is survived by: his brother Jeff Schultz; and his children, Elizabeth Stephani, Misty Sailor (John), Jessica Mason, Samantha Schultz, Kenny Schultz and Casey Schultz. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
