She was predeceased by: her father Wayne Dale; her grandparents, Merlin, Arlene Dale, Henry and Ruth Ranten; and her cousin DeVere Charron.
She is survived by: her mother Nancy Dale (Ranten) of Eden Prairie; her daughters, Raelin Bizjak (Kyle Neidermeier), Lauren Bizjak and Lindsey Bizjak; and her brother Darin Dale.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or Mayo Clinic Hospice.
