He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustav Westrum and Pearl Westrum; his siblings, Lyle Westrum (Marian), Bill Westrum, Helen Lund (Viles) and Maxine Jenkins (Ken); his brother-in-law Jerry Bliss; and his nephew Mike.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Madsen; his daughter Brenda Underdahl (Brian); and his sister-in-law Dorothy Bliss.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Bayview Funeral Home (1415 State Hwy 13, Albert Lea, MN 56007). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the First Presbyterian Church, St. Johns or to St. Croix Hospice.
