He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustav Westrum and Pearl Westrum; his siblings, Lyle Westrum (Marian), Richard "Bud" Westrum (Leona), Bill Westrum, Helen Lund (Viles) and Maxine Jenkins (Ken); his brother-in-law Jerry Bliss; and his nephew Mike.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Westrum; his daughter Brenda Underdahl (Brian); and his sister-in-law Dorothy Bliss. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the First Presbyterian Church, St. Johns or to St. Croix Hospice.
