He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Hanson and Esther L. Hanson (Fisher); and his brothers, Jack Hanson and Harold "Hody" Hanson. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his sons, Tom of Albert Lea, David (Rose) of Albert Lea and Bradley (Ann) of Sauk Rapids, MN; his grandchildren, Jacob, Brielle, Adria and Anthony; his great grandchildren, Thalia Jr and Anthony Jr.; his sister Rose Kauffman of Detroit Lakes, MN; and his siblings-in-law, Joanne Hanson, Gretchen Hanson, Darlene Engel (Gene) and Chuck Butler (Linda). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws, and other loving relatives and friends.
