It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Thompson of Albert Lea, Minnesota, born in Kiester, Minnesota, who passed away on June 20, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Louis and Maletta Elizabeth Katzung (Hintz); her siblings, Raymond Merle Katzung and Bette Tonding (Lowell); and also Kim Thompson.
She is survived by: her husband Paul D. Thompson; her sons, Michael Thompson (Anita) of Charlotte and Randy Thompson (Heather) of Kellogg; her daughter-in-law Colleen Flint (Jay) of Richmond, Texas; her grandchildren, Morgan Dalisay (Timothy), Carley Patronella (Ryan), Hunter Thompson and Chase Thompson; and her stepgrandsons, Travis Proctor (Julie) and Tom Proctor (Anissa). She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
