She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Lyneis and Dorothy Lyneis (Linder); her husband Robert Dowd; her son Raymond Dowd; her siblings, Ruth Borge (Robert), Floyd Lyneis and Eldon Lyneis (Joyce); and her siblings-in-law, Margaret Dowd, Beulah Martinson-Randall (Hubert Martinson), Stanley Dowd (Wanda) and Mary Sue Dowd.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Norgard (Jim), Karen Westrum (Craig), Pamela Dowd, Donna Waltz (Daryl) and Virgil Dowd (Cindy); and her brother-in-law Donald Dowd. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
