It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margery Evenson of Albert Lea, Minnesota, who passed away on November 20, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Margery Evenson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Kilbride and Mabel Kilbride (Oppegard); her husband Robert Evenson; her brother Robert "Bob" V. Kilbride Jr.; and her son-in-law Lyle Frerichs.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Evenson, Lori Frerichs, Kathy Bengtson (John), Brian Evenson (Sue Brockman) and Brad Evenson (Missy); her grandchildren, Caleb (Wendy), Emily (Justin), Dmitry, Anthony, Sasha, Zach and Elizabeth; and her great grandchildren, Remi, Oliver and Emmett. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Lutheran Church (301 W Clark St, Albert Lea, MN 56007). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at the Lakewood Cemetery.
