He is survived by: his father Marcelino Talamantes, Sr. (Mercado); his wife Carol Talamantes; his son Joey Talamantes (Amy); his stepson Levi Hughes (Sharon); his grandchildren, Trey Talamantes (Christina), Caleb Talamantes, Aunnamae Hughes, Clara Hughes, Levi Hughes Jr. and Makayla Hughes; his great grandchild Charlie Talamantes; and his siblings, Fabian Talamantes (Leann), Daniel Talamantes (Beth), Mary Talamantes (Kevin), Gina Keith (Dave) and Jacob Talamantes.
