She is survived by: her boyfriend Sabino Servin; her children, Angela Lewis, Katie Miller (Jesse), Chris Lewis (Brianna) and Laura Lewis; and her grandchildren, Audrey Lewis, Addison Miller, Carson Lewis, Payton Lewis-Pullar, Joanna Miller and Levi Miller.
