Lester Anderson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2025, at the age of 90, Lester Anderson of Albert Lea, Minnesota passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lester Anderson to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Anderson (Nelson) and Gerhard Anderson; his in-laws, Melvin and Maleta Katzung; his sister Eileen Krinke (Anderson); and his children, Bradley Anderson and Nancy Lahs (Anderson).
He is survived by: his wife Lois Anderson; his son Douglas Anderson (Scott Eastman) of Golden Valley, MN; his sister Bonnie Weum (Gordy) of Cottage Grove, MN; his brother-in-law Larry Katsung (Hildy); his son-in-law Larry Lahs of Albert Lea, MN; his granddaughter Tara Bates (John) of Austin, MN; and his great grandchild James Bates. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Salem Lutheran Church (115 N Washington Ave, Albert Lea, MN 56007). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
