We are sad to announce that on February 6, 2021, at the age of 93, Leila J. Picotte of Albert Lea, Minnesota, born in Winnebago, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Katherine McKee and Jasper Picotte; her brothers, Louis Snow and Bernard Picotte; and her children, Sheila WhiteEagle, Katherine Masquot-Roy, Rapheal Masquot and Timothy Masquot.
She is survived by: her sister Betty Greencrow; her children, Kathlene Little Walker, Prosper Wahkon, Abel Bill DeCora, Renee DeCora, Norman Sutton and Billy Blackwell; and her brother Jim Clairmont. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and friends.
Due to Covid-19, a small family service will be held at Johnson Peterson Funeral Home on Tuesday February 9, 2021 at 1:00 PM.
