She is survived by: her husband Lonny Lenz; her children, Jason Lenz, Derek Lenz (Katie) and Lanae Lenz; her grandchildren, Tianna Boyd, Andi and Asher Lenz; her siblings, Linda Bossart, Craig Westrum (Karen) and Charles Westrum (Carole); and her sister-in-law Delores Lenz. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
