He is survived by: his father Glenn Flatness; his pets, Willie and Lucky; his son Jay (Amy Wise); his granddaughters, Alannah and Emma; his close friend Alzada Gulbertson; his brothers, Allan (Julie) and Arden (Thea); his sisters-in-law, Margaret and Kim; his aunts, Elaine Burkart and Arlene Flatness; his uncle Fred Tetzlaff; his nieces and nephews, Allison, Erin, Valerie, Brianne, Jordan, April, Hollie, Crystal, Carolyn, Cory and Seri; and also Daniel. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
