It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julie Ann Oyer of Albert Lea, Minnesota, who passed away on August 24, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Lowman and Irene Lowman (Jones); her son Christopher Raymond Jensen; and her pet Missy. She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Melissa Oyer and William Jensen; her grandchildren, Eddie, Tay and Stormey; and her brothers, Larry Lowman, Richard Lowman (Joyce) and Steve Lowman.
