She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Rau and Frieda Rau (Berreth); her husband Richard "Dick" Kary; her brother Howard Rau; and her aunt Esther Miles.
She is survived by: her daughters, Liz Guenther (Mark), Katherine Kary (Sandy), Laura Smith (Tom) and Sue Severson (Shane); her grandchildren, Kristine Trueman (Alex), Dustin Guenther (Julia), Jarrad Smith, Ashley Smith-Mikkelson (Ryan), Leah Smith, Emily Severson and Nick Severson; and her great grandchildren, Ashton, Lily, Lincoln, Vaeda, Jaxon and Wells.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the United Methodist Church of Albert Lea or an organization of your choosing.
