She is survived by: her husband Alvin Louis Chapek; her daughter Jeanette; her son-in-law Clifford Burton; her granddaughter Brandi Alyce (Tyler); her son William "Bill"; her grandchildren, Sean, Seth and Samantha Chapek; her siblings, Ward "Pete" Freese (Sue) and Pearl Ferguson; her grandson Randy Stahl II; and her siblings, Elmer Freese, John Freese (Karen), Joe Freese, Ray Freese, Frank Freese, Peggy Batdorf and Rosie Haskin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
