He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Sullivan and Gertrude Sullivan (Donahue); his wife Joann; and his siblings, Helen Moen, Maxine Pricco, Lois Zeimer, Eugene, Paul and Robert Sullivan.

He is survived by: his children, Paul Sullivan (Gina) of Charlotte, NC, Jolene Hansen (Jeff) of Mesa, AZ and Dave Sullivan of Albert Lea; his grandchildren, Bradford Sullivan, Taylor Sullivan, Jordan Sullivan and Kaylee Hansen; his sister Virginia Stenseth of Albert Lea; and his siblings-in-law, Danny Jochumsen and Bonnie Jochumsen of Colleyville, TX. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
