It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Sullivan of Albert Lea, Minnesota, born in Aberdeen, South Dakota, who passed away on May 5, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cogley and Lily Cogley (Jones); her siblings, Rita Holzer and John; her sister-in-law Enid Cogley; her sisters, Ann (Richard Russell), Ellen (Ward Hisman), Dorothy (Carl Wendt) and Gertrude Rodrick; and her brother-in-law Jack Holzer.
She is survived by: her husband Patrick Sullivan; her children, Catherine, Maureen, Patrick, Jr. (Beth), Michael (Denniqua) and James (Chris Lynch); and her grandchildren, Jesse (Maddie Purcell), Jared (Kylie Ulrich), John, Siobhan, Thomas, Lily and Michael.
