He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Blakeslee and Hattie Blakeslee (Jorgenson); and his brothers-in-law, John Schmidt, Harold Truesdell and Orville Jr. Truesdell.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Truesdell (Minehart); his children, Colin Minehart (Sue), Paul Minehart, Tom Minehart, Jason Blakeslee of Albert Lea and Nancy Minehart of Roseville, MN; his son-in-law Scott Reynolds of Albert Lea; his sister Barbara Schmidt of LeSueur; his niece Kristin Schmidt of McKinleyville, CA; his parents-in-law, Orville and Lucille Truesdell; his children, Mark Minehart and Barbara Reynolds; and his grandson Corey Holman. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Christ Episcopal Church or Hospice - Albert Lea Mayo Clinic.
