She was predeceased by: her mother Nyleen Olson. She is survived by: her father Donald Olson; her daughter Amy (Tony); her grandson Alex; her husband Thomas Fogal; her daughter Jennifer Mittelstadt (Carl); her grandchildren, Alexander Fogal (Samantha), Jett Mittelstadt and Carli Mittelstadt; and her brother Gregg Olson (Gwen).
