He was predeceased by: his children, Jay Gustafson and Susan Price; his grandson Danny Price; and his siblings, Jack and Margaret.
He is survived by: his significant other Elizabeth Knudsen; his daughters, Karen Kramer (Andy) and Nancy Doherty (John); his grandchildren, Morgan Daigle (Sam), Max Lent (Erin), Katie, Jake Doherty and Matt Gustafson; and his great grandchild Penelope Lent. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
