She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Flugum and Nora Flugum (Bergeson); her husband Charles Long; her siblings, Howard Flugum (Eileen), Gerald Flugum (Mildred) and Alida White (Merle); her son Paul Long; her parents-in-law, Aloysius and Elsie Long; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Long, John Long and Sarah Ketter (Jim).
She is survived by: her former spouse Ingvald Dagestad; her children, James Long, Steve Long (Laurie), LaWanna Soby (Tim), Clair Dagestad (Jo), Dennis Dagestad (Sharon), Dean Dagestad (Pam), Sue Bottelson (Steve), Curt Long (Steph) and Kent Long (Michelle); her sister Ethel Thistad; and her sisters-in-law, Irene Long and Edith Reynolds (Steve). She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren, twenty-seven great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
