He was predeceased by: his parent Bill; and his brother John. He is survived by: his children, Tom (Sherri) of Alexandria, VA and Julie of Edina; his grandchildren, Alexa (St Paul), Thomas of Davenport, IA, Daniel and Megan (St Paul); and his sister-in-law Mary Andersen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
