She was predeceased by: her former husband William Wiersma; her husband Dick; her grandson Eric Crabtree; her stepson Dean Slegh; her brothers, Richard Jensen (Betty Anne) and Merritt Jensen (Betty); and her sister-in-law Effie Nelson (Lyman).
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Louters (Peter), Leah Crabtree (Robert), Pennie Ladlie (Steven), Timothy Wiersma (Sue) and Tom Wiersma (Kathy); her stepchildren, Polly Drenth (Chris) and Kent Slegh (Joyce); her stepdaughter-in-law Marilyn Zimmerman (Rod); and her brother-in-law Bert Wiersma (Karen). She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 9 step grandchildren; 46 great grandchildren; 26 step great grandchildren; 3 step great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Hollandale Christian School, Hollandale VBS, or a mission of donor's choice.
