He was predeceased by: his wife Dawn Sorenson; his parents, Henry Runden and Hannah Runden; his parents-in-law, Carl and Mabel Sorenson; and his siblings, Marvel Severtson (Clayton), Louise Bye (Orrin), Charlotte Bye (Clifford), Le Moyne Sorenson (Lorraine), Roger Sorenson and Herbert Sorenson (Duane Vinge).
He is survived by: his daughter Mary Runden; his sisters-in-law, Charlotte Vinge, Phyllis Sorenson and Caroline Sorenson; and also Don Malinsky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
