He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ivan and Marlys Tritle; his uncles, Russell VonHagen, Dennis VonHagen and William VonHagen; his father-in-law Charles Meister; and his granddaughter Tanlyn Spooner.
He is survived by: his mother Mary VonHagen (Tritle); his wife Tamara Tritle; his siblings, Shari Zamora (Dan), Tracy Adam (Will), Brooke Boetticher, Dean VonHagen (Kim), Allen VonHagen (Lynn), David VonHagen and Mike VonHagen (Shannon); his children, Taylor Spooner, Trevor Spooner and Tanner Spooner (Tara Callahan); his grandchildren, Oakley Spooner, Derek Navarro, Bentley Spooner, Ella Spooner, Rhea Luna, Zoie Luna, Jali Luna and Chance Voulon; his mother-in-law Lorna Meister; his siblings-in-law, Steven Kreun (Kristi) and Beth Raper (Joe); and his uncle Randy Tritle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bayview Freeborn Funeral Home (1415 State Hwy 13, Albert Lea, MN 56007). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
