He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Laite, Sr. and Twyla Laite (Lucas); his sister Patricia Berglund; and his sister-in-law Nancy Laite. He is survived by: his siblings, Vernon Laite, Jr. (Judy), Tom Laite and Dana Meaney (Scott); his nieces, Jodi, Jackie, Christi and Jesse; and his nephew Tyler.
