He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Bonnie; his siblings, LaVella Hoyt, Eugene Bolinger and Jack Bolinger; and his siblings-in-law, Zelma Bolinger and David Cornick.
He is survived by: his spouse Sandra Cornick; his children, Tavis Bolinger (Jennifer Van Beek), Jason Bolinger (Stephanie), Heidi Enger (Scott) and Matt Nechanicky (Angi); his grandchildren, Taylor, Cami (Garrett), Landon (Torey), Spencer, Levi, Lexi, Josie, Emma, Ike, Savannah, Jorja, Olivia and Ila; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Liam and Mia; his brothers, Jerry Bolinger (Bonnie), Bill Bolinger and Dutch Bolinger (Juanita); and his sisters-in-law, Wanda Thomas, Diane Cleven (Earl), Renae Peterson and Julie Golder. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Mayo Clinic Hospice-Albert Lea.
