With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fredrick Moran of Albert Lea, Minnesota, who passed away on July 31, 2021 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Fredrick Moran to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Moran and Hannah Moran (Hummel); his granddaughter Christa Moffitt; his siblings, Joseph, Charles, James, Mabel Pringing, Mary Simbeck and Delores Simmonson; and his uncle Howard Hummel.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his daughter Connie Moffitt (Adam); his grandsons, Travis Moffitt (Courtney) and Jacob Moffitt; his great grandchildren, Elliana, Isaiah and Owen Moffitt; his parents-in-law, Susan Rognes (Jerald), Barbara Rognes (Larry) and Brian Drescher (Deborah); and his sister-in-law Sandy Moran. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
Every year, he would participate in the Freeborn County bike-a-thon for American Cancer Society for over 40 years. Fred was the rock and supporter of his family foundation and he will be dearly missed.
