It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Margaret Amanson of Albert Lea, Minnesota, born in Faribault, Minnesota, who passed away on February 27, 2023, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Johnson and Christina Johnson (Lurkens); her husband Ralph Amanson; and her siblings, Dorothy Johnson and Ray Johnson.
She is survived by: her son Larry Amanson; her grandchildren, Cassie Matthies (Cole) and Corey Amanson; and her great grandchildren, Lynden Matthies, Emmett Matthies, Ryanne Swalve-Matthies, Alexis Swalve-Matthies, Ava Amanson and Wyatt Amanson.
